If your customer is unable to take survey on the mobile, you now have the option to email the survey. Surveys returned through email are tracked just like mobile surveys and give you comprehensive summary results.

Now Survey setup has been moved to the admin section so that only your users with admin privileges can edit questions and publish to Facebook, Twitter or your website. Dispatchers can review the surveys from the Survey screen.
